New Era Relief: Empowering Youth, Enriching Communities

Founded over 33 years ago in the San Fernando Valley, New Era Relief formerly New Era Relief Sober Link began as a grassroots effort to protect and uplift vulnerable youth. What started as a community resource has expanded nationwide to support communities nationwide to empower young people through support, resources, mentorship, and opportunity. Today, we proudly serve communities across the country while staying true to our roots. As a 501(c)(3) nonprofit, every contribution directly fuels our work and offers tax benefits to our supporters.

What We Do

New Era Relief is committed to giving the youth tools and opportunities they need to grow. Through hands-on learning and educational programs such as the Youth Entrepreneur Program for Education, Substance Abuse and Violence Prevention efforts, and the Uplifting For You Holiday Initiative. We help youth build their skills, discover their talents, and create strong portfolios for their future. Our entrepreneur workshops and community events are designed to inspire new possibilities and empower the next generation.

Our Impact

For more than three decades, we’ve made a lasting impact on youth and families across our community. Our annual toy giveaway has delivered over 3,500 toys, spreading joy to children during the holidays—even in the height of the pandemic. As we expand nationwide, our commitment to serving and uplifting our communities never wavers.
